I'd like to propose a chart pointing out the respective jobs of trusted members for the guild both in game and here on Forums. ALso if you(Shin) don't have people in mind to help you with management. I'd like to propose an Application Forum where your members can apply for certain jobs that you(Shin) have in mind. If you(Shin) need help with the application form then I will meet with you(shin) in game and discuss it with you Razz
